Catalan of fishes revisited
Cristina Mazzone once again surprised by its creativity. With small amounts of different fish kept in the freezer has created a Catalan mixed fish tasty. This is the secret
- slice of salmon (preferably wild)
- a couple of handfuls of prawns
- desalted cod
- 1 red onion
- some celery
- cherry tomatoes tasty
- 2 carrots
- oil Ages
- salt and pepper to taste.
As you can see the quantities and the ingredients do not have a defined weight, use what you have at home. The recipe serves just to give you a starting point, the rest you can do pandering to your taste.
Wash and cut the vegetables thin enough. Cook the fish to steam for about 10 ‘, remember to add the prawns after 5’. If also prepared the prawns, I remind you to remove the shell and affect the spine thus removing the strip of sand.
Take a nice serving bowl, mix chopped vegetables and fish. Separately, beat the oil with salt and pepper and, if desired, you can add a few drops of lemon, I do not put myself but my friends did.
A good bottle of chilled white wine divinely accompanies this dish.
