Tiramisu with strawberry and South Tyrol milk
1 egg yolk
70 g of sugar
250 g mascarpone South Tyrol
1 teaspoon rum
50 ml of whipped cream Alto Adige
10 ladyfingers or sponge cake homemade
150 ml of strawberry syrup diluted
200 g strawberries
Beat eggs and sugar until the mixture is foamy consistency.
Combine the rum, mascarpone and whipped cream as a last resort combining it gently.
Cover the bottom of the cups dessert with ladyfingers or sponge cake, sprinkle with strawberry syrup, combine the sliced strawberries and ending with the mascarpone cream.
Garnish with strawberries and mint leaves.
The strawberries can be replaced with other types of fruit.
